Ground floor: Off the hallway is an elegant sitting room with sofas and a TV (Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Apple, Freeview). The rear of the house has been extended to create a large open plan kitchen/ dining / sitting area. The kitchen is new and well equipped with high spec appliances. There is seating at the island or the dining table seats 8 people with ease. There is a sofa and TV. Glass doors open onto the newly landscaped rear garden which has furniture and a BBQ. There is a utility room and separate guest WC also on this floor.

First floor: The very spacious principal suite is at the front of the house and has a 6ft wide superking size bed and benefits from air conditioning. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, double basins and a WC. Bedroom 2 has a standard sized double bed and again has air conditioning. Bathroom 2 has a freestanding bath, walk in shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: Bedroom 3 has a 5ft wide kingsize bed and air conditioning. Bathroom 3 has a walk in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 4 is also air conditioned and has a standard size double bed.

Available for 2-3 week stays. Free parking permits are available for the main draw fortnight.
