Our fabulous properties are privately owned homes within easy walking distance of the tournament site. They range from studio apartments to large 8 bedroom houses. Accommodation rates are dependent on location, size and specification. All our properties are available for your exclusive use for the perfect home-from-home experience.
Our properties range from 2 to 25 minutes’ walk from the AELTC unless otherwise stated. Properties in Wimbledon Village or within sight of the tournament are most expensive. Better value, but just as lovely, are the homes in Southfields and Wimbledon Park.
Use the search function to find your perfect property. You can search by number of bedrooms or bathrooms, by price or by walking distance from the AELTC. Once you have selected, contact Jennifer to confirm using the online enquiry form or just drop us a WhatsApp.
We will arrange an accommodation agreement between you and the owner to be signed electronically by both parties. Along with the agreement you will be sent an invoice showing the amount (rent plus deposit) which you need to pay to secure your booking.
The deposit will be returned to you within 3 – 4 weeks after you vacate the accommodation, less any expenses such as damage and cleaning. You will be notified of any deductions in advance.
Rental rates are quoted per week. The minimum stay is usually 2 weeks, and additional nights may be added pro rata.
If you are not sure how long you will need the home to be available for you, it is possible to confirm for a minimum period and request the daily option to extend until the end of the tournament.
Payment is made via bank transfer.
We will meet you at your accommodation with keys, so please provide us with an accurate arrival time. Check in is anytime between 7am and 9pm. Check ins outside these hours may be arranged with prior agreement at an additional charge. Check out is before midday on your departure date.
The Acer team are on hand to help with any advice / issues during your stay. You will also be provided with a house welcome pack with useful information.
Most homes have a cleaner who comes in once a week to clean and change the linen and towels. This expense is the guest’s responsibility; if you do not want this service, or require something more specific, please discuss your requirements with us.

Your home must be within a gentle 25 minute walk of the AELTC. We always have demand for properties close to the AELTC and in Wimbledon Village as well as in Southfields and Wimbledon Park.
Location is key, the closer to the AELTC, the higher the rental price. The rate depends on the amenities available, number of double bedrooms and showers, and the style and decor of the property.

The main draw of the tournament takes place over a fortnight at the end of June / beginning of July but we have guests who request properties for Queens and Qualifying so stays typically range from 2 up to 5 weeks.
The Acer team will guide you in all aspects of the rental process. This includes a house walk through to advise on house preparation as well as detailed checklists.
We do! You can hand over the keys and be assured that we will attend to all aspects of property management during your guests’ stay.
Most guests request that your regular cleaner comes on a weekly basis to clean and change the bedlinen and towels. The cost of this is reimbursed by the guest.
