This lovely house is located a 20 minute walk to the tournament through Wimbledon Park and 10 minutes from Southfields. The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms.
Ground floor: off the hallway is an open plan sitting / dining room. There are comfortable sofas and a wall mounted TV with Freeview, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The table seats 6 people. At the rear of the house is a light filled kitchen with all mod cons. There is seating at the island or there is a table which seats 4 people. Glass doors fold out giving access to the garden which has a table to seat 6 and a BBQ. There is a handy downstairs WC and basin also.
First floor: There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, one with a kingsize bed and the other with a standard sized double bed. The Peloton shown in the photos is no longer available. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.
Second floor: There are a further 2 bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, juliette balcony and ensuite shower room and the other with a single bed.
