This lovely house is located on a residential road off Southfields high street with its shops and restaurants. It's a 15 minute walk to the AELTC. The comfortable accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is an elegant double reception. There is a sitting area to the front with sofas and a large TV. At the other end is a dining table to seat 6 people. At the back of the house is a kitchen which has all the expected appliances and another TV. There is access out to the rear garden which has new furniture and a BBQ. There is also a WC off the hallway.

First floor: There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and a TV. The ensuite shower room has a walk in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 is currently set up as a nursery but will have a double bed for your stay. The family bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: Bedroom 4 has a double sofabed, nextdoor is a shower room which also has the laundry machines.

A portable air conditioning unit is available for your use.
