Ground floor: Off the hallway is an elegant sitting room with a sofa and chairs. This flows into a second sitting area with a large sofa and TV. At the rear of the house is the modern kitchen, fitted with all the expected appliances. The dining table seats 6 people and there is a wall mounted TV. Glass doors open onto the rear garden with a terrace with seating. There is a separate utility  room with the washing machine and tumble dryer and a guest WC.

First floor: Bedroom 1 has a 5ft wide kingsize bed. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, double basins and WC. Bedroom 2 has a single bed (not shown). The separate family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: Bedroom 3 has a standard sized double bed. The third bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.
