Ground floor: off the hallway is a sitting room with sofas and a TV with Sky, Sky Sports, TNT, Prime, Disney and Paramount. At the rear of the house is an open plan kitchen / diner. The kitchen is well appointed with all the expected appliances. The dining table seats 6 people. There is a separate utility room with the washing machine and drying racks. Glass doors open off the kitchen into the garden with furniture and a BBQ. There is a guest WC off the hallway.

First floor: There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 at the front of the house is very large and has a 5ft wide kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has a standard sized double bed. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower and a basin. The WC is separate next to the bathroom.

Second floor: bedroom 3 is on this floor and has a standard sized double bed.
