Ground floor: at the front of the house is an elegant sitting room with sofas and a TV (Netflix, Prime). Folding doors lead to a second sitting room / playroom also with a TV. At the rear of the house is a large light filled kitchen / dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the expected high spec appliances. There are 4 stools to sit at the island or the dining table seats 8 people. Glass doors open onto the attractive rear garden with a terrace, seating and 2 BBQs. Off the hallway there is a utility room with laundry machines and a separate guest WC.

First floor: At the front of the house is the spacious principal suite. There is a 6ft wide superking size bed and a door opens onto a small balcony. The stunning ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, double basins, WC and freestanding bath. At the back of the house, Bedroom 2 has a superking size bed (6ft wide). The family bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.

First / second floor half landing: Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a cot / cot bed is available if required. The family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: Bedroom 4 has a double bed, desk and french doors opening on to a juliette balcony.

The house is available for tennis stays of 2 weeks. The underground runs along the end of the garden but is very quiet inside the house. Free parking permits are available.
