This lovely house is located on a quiet residential street in Southfields. The shops and restaurants on the main street are a 7 minute walk away and the tournament site is a 20-25 minute walk through Wimbledon Park. The accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms (2 with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is a light and airy double reception room with sofas and a TV to the front, and a dining table and 4 chairs at the rear. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and has glass doors which lead onto the garden. The garden has seating on the terrace and a BBQ.

First floor: at the front of the house, bedroom 1 has a 5ft wide king-size bed. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and a basin. The WC is separate next-door to the bathroom.

Second floor: Bedroom 2 has a standard size double bed and benefits from air conditioning. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 has just been redecorated so is empty in the photo, but will have a standard size double bed. This room also has air conditioning, fabulous when the nights are hot!

Available for stays of 2 weeks +. Free parking permits are available for the main draw fortnight.
