This lovely house is located close to the entrance to Wimbledon Park, through which it is a 15-20 minute walk to the tournament. The shops at Southfields or Arthur Road are less than a 10 minute walk away. The accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hall is a pretty sitting room with sofas and a TV. At the rear of the house overlooking the garden is a light kitchen / dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the expected appliances. The dining table seats 6 people. There is also another sitting area at the back of the kitchen. Glass doors open onto the garden with seating and a BBQ.

First floor: at the front of the house, bedroom 1 has a 5ft wide kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 is shown with a daybed which converts to a double bed. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: bedroom 3 has a 5ft wide kingsize bed and the separate bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.

Available for tennis stays of 2-4 weeks.
