This 2450sq ft family house is situated between Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon Town, close to the shops and cafes at Leopold Road. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the tournament site. The accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms (one could have 2 x single beds) and 2.5 bathrooms.

Off the entrance hall is a spacious sitting room with a sofas and chairs and a TV with Netflix/Amazon/Now (sky sports) and all the usual terrestrial channels. The large open plan kitchen diner has a modern fitted kitchen with all the expected appliances. There is a dining table  to seat 8 people and a wall mounted TV. Glass doors fold back  onto an attractive garden with furniture and a charcoal BBQ. The utility room is on the lower ground floor where there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Off the hall is the guest WC.

First floor: here there are three double bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2  have super king double beds 6ft wide (twin beds put together, or can remain as 2 x singles if preferred). Bedroom 3 has a 5ft wide kingsize bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath with a screen, basin and WC.

Second floor: here there is another double bedroom with a 5ft wide kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room with basin and WC.
