This lovely family home is on a quiet residential street, a 5 minute walk from Wimbledon Park. The tournament at the AELTC is a 20 minute walk and the nearest shops and Underground are 5 minutes away on Arthur Road. The accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is a relaxing sitting room with a sofa and TV (Now, Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime). At the rear of the house is a newly fitted kitchen with all the expected appliances. The dining table seats 4 people or there are stools at the island. There is a sofa and TV. Glass doors open onto the rear garden. Also on this floor is a utility room and guest WC.

First floor: Bedroom 1 has a 5ft wide kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 is currently set up as a nursery but will have a standard sized double bed. Bedroom 3 has a standard sized double bed. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: Bedroom 4 has a 6ft wide superking size bed. The new ensuite bathroom has a freestanding bath, walk in shower double basins and a WC. Bedroom 3 has a standard sized double bed.

A cat lives here and can stay and keep you company (someone will come in to feed it daily) or he could go on holiday! Available for Wimbledon tennis stays of 2-4 weeks.
