This 3 bedroom maisonette is located on Southfields main street so is ideal for the shops and restaurants. It's a 20 minute walk to the AELTC tournament site. The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor - entering through a private front door and up a flight of stairs. At the rear of the flat is a light kitchen diner with all the expected appliances. There are steps down to the private rear garden with seating and a BBQ. At the front of the flat is a large sitting / dining room. The table extends to fit up to 10 people. There are sofas and a TV with Prime, Netflix and Disney. Bedroom 1 has a standard sized double bed. The newly fitted bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.
Second floor - bedroom 2 has a standard sized double bed. Bedroom 3 has a small double sofabed. The bathroom has a bath and hand held shower, basin and WC.
Available for 2-4 weeks over the tournament.
