This larger than average house is ideally located less than 5 minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants of Southfields and a 15-20 minute walk to the tennis tournament. The generous accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is a spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas to watch the TV with Freeview, Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime. At the rear of the house is a large open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. The kitchen is newly fitted and well equipped with high spec appliances. The dining table seats 8 people. There are luxurious sofas and a large TV. Floor to ceiling glass doors open onto the rear garden with a terrace, lawn and garden furniture. A utility room and separate guest WC are also off the hallway.

First floor: There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. Guest room 1 has a 5ft wide kingsize bed. Guest room 2 has a standard sized double bed and a TV. The separate family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: The huge principal suite boasts a 6ft wide super kingsize bed, large TV and a dressing area. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC. Large glass doors open onto a juliette balcony to provide ventilation on warm nights.

The Underground line runs along the end of the garden but is quiet inside the house. A small dog lives here but not during your stay! 2 free parking permits are available for the tournament main draw weeks. Available for stays of 7-10 nights over the Championships.
