The closest coffee shops, convenience stores and restaurants are on Leopold Road which is under a minute's walk. Transport links via Wimbledon Station are a 5 minute walk away. The spacious accommodation includes 5 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a downstairs WC.

Ground floor - Off an elegant hallway is a modern sitting room with comfortable sofas and a wall mounted TV with Netflix and Amazon. This has double doors through to an open plan kitchen / dining room. There is a modern fitted kitchen with all the expected appliances and an island with stools. There is a large dining table that seats eight people. A further breakfast table overlooks the garden. Glass doors open onto the private lawned garden with furniture and a high quality BBQ. Also off the hallway is a WC and basin and the washing machine and tumble dryer.

First floor - There are 3 double bedrooms on this floor as well as the family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a desk area. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and also has a workstation. Bedroom 3 has a small double bed (4ft wide) and workstation also. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor - Up the elegant staircase and there are 2 further double bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 4 and 5 are spacious and both have double beds and desks. The separate family shower room has a walk in shower, basin and WC. Neither of the bathrooms are ensuite, great for sharing colleagues.

This house is available for a minimum of 2 weeks, additional nights over 2 weeks will be charged pro rata.
