This lovely family home is located just a couple of minutes walk from the Southfields shops and restaurants. Its a 15 minute walk to the AELTC. The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms (2 double, 1 double sofabed and 1 twin single) and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is a pretty sitting room with a sofa and chaise longue and a smart TV. At the rear of the house is a large kitchen diner which is well equipped with all the expected appliances. There is a dining table to seat up to 8 people. Glass door open onto the rear garden which has garden furniture. Off the kitchen diner is a snug which will be converted to a bedroom with a small double sofabed for your stay. There is a downstairs cloakroom with a WC and basin on this floor.

First floor: There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a 5ft wide kingsize bed and one which has 2 adult sized single beds. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: The large bedroom has a 5ft wide kingsize bed and an additional single mattress of the floor. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and overhead shower (slightly restricted height), basin and WC.

A dog lives here, but not during your stay! The underground line runs along the end of the garden but is very quiet inside the house. Parking permits are available.
