There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a separate guest cloakroom with a WC  off the hallway.

First floor: there are 2 generous sized bedrooms both with standard sized double beds. The separate bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: this floor is devoted to the principal suite. The bedroom has a 5ft wide kingsize bed and glass doors opening onto a juliette balcony, great for ventilation on warm nights. The large ensuite bathroom has a bath, separate shower, double basins and a WC.
