There are shops and restaurants on Arthur Road and the closest Underground is at Wimbledon Park. The generous accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is a sitting room with comfortable sofas, chair and a TV (Amazon Prime, Freeview and Netflix). To the rear of the house is an open plan kitchen / dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with high quality appliances including Miele, Panasonic, Siemens and Rangemaster cooker. Other items include Magimix and juicer, aeropress, cafetiere and coffee grinder. There is seating on stools at the island or the dining table seats up to 8 people. Glass doors open onto the rear garden with outdoor furniture. The underground line runs along the bottom of the garden but does not run at night and is barely audible inside the house. There is a utility room with a washing machine and airing racks for drying. There is also a WC on this floor.

First floor: there are 2 bedrooms and the family bathroom on this floor. Bedroom 1 has a 5ft wide kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has a standard sized double bed. The separate family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: there are 2 further bedrooms on this floor, bedroom 3 has a kingsize bed and bedroom 4 (not photographed) has a standard sized double bed. The separate bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.
