This lovely family house is just a 2 minute walk from the shops and restaurants at Southfields and less than a 20 minute walk to the tournament. The generous accommodation includes a 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 single) and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: Off the hallway is a sitting room with comfortable sofas and a TV (Sky and Netflix). At the rear of the house there is a large open plan kitchen dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the expected appliances. The dining table seats 8 people. Glass doors open onto the garden with furniture and a BBQ. There is a utility room and WC also on this floor.

First floor: There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, one with a 5ft wide kingsize bed and the other with a single bed (a spare single mattress is also available underneath) and a TV. These use the family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: The layout is the same on this floor, one bedroom with a 5ft wide kingsize bed and the other with a single bed (a spare single mattress is also available underneath). These use the second separate family bathroom with a bath and handheld shower, basin and WC.

Free parking permits are available for the tournament weeks. An anti-allergenic dog lives here, but not during your stay!
