This beautiful, partially airconditioned house is located a 25 minute walk from the tournament site. It's a 10 minute walk to the shops and Underground station at Wimbledon Park. The spacious accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is a sitting room with a sofa and TV with Sky, Netflix and Prime. At the rear of the house is an open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There is a table to seat 4 people. There is a sofa and another TV. There is a permanent air conditioning until in this room. Glass doors open onto the garden with furniture.

First floor: there are 2 double bedrooms on this floor, one with a standard sized double bed and one with a comfortable double sofa bed. These share the family bathroom with a large bath and overhead shower with screen, basin and WC.

Second floor: the principal bedroom is on this floor with a kingsize bed and nextdoor is a separate bathroom with a walk in shower, basin and WC. There is a fixed air conditioning unit at the top of the stairs to the top floor which cools the principal bedroom suite.

A small dog lives here, but not during your stay!
