This larger than average house is ideally located moments from the shops and restaurants of Southfields Village and a 15 minute walk to the tournament. The spacious accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the large hallway is an elegant sitting room with a large sofa and chairs . At the rear of the house is the very generous open plan kitchen dining room. The kitchen is modern and fitted with all the expected high spec appliances. There are seats at the island or the dining table seats 6 people. Glass doors open onto the garden with a BBQ and al fresco dining table for 6. There is a second sitting room with sofas and a large TV with Netflix, Disney, Virgin Media with Formula 1 and Amazon Prime. There is a downstairs WC.

First floor: The large principal suite has a super-king size 4 poster bed and TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower with basin and WC. There is a laundry room on this floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an airing rack. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with double sofabeds. The bathroom (making 3 in all) has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Free parking permits are available for the tournament fortnight. The underground line runs along the end of the garden but is out of sight and largely inaudible inside the house as the trains are moving very slowly at this point. A small dog lives here, but not during your stay!
