This larger than average house is well located on a quiet residential street, a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Southfields Village. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the tournament. The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is a comfortable sitting room with 2 sofas and a large TV (Sky with Sports and Netflix. At the rear of the house is a very spacious kitchen / dining / sitting room. The kitchen is modern and equipped to a high specification. There is a dining table to seat 6 people. There are large sofas and a TV. Glass doors fold back onto the garden with a terrace (seating and a gas BBQ) and a lawned area. There is a utility cupboard and WC on this floor as well as a child's playroom if required.

First floor: the principal suite has a super king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, basin and WC. There is a guest bedroom (not photographed) with a standard sized double bed). This bedroom has sole use of the family bathroom with a walk in shower, bath, basin and WC.

Second floor: a guest suite has a kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, basin and WC.
