This beautiful and very spacious house is a 25 minute walk from the AELTC. There is a small collection of shops close by or it’s a 10 minute walk to Southfields. The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Off the entrance hallway is a large sitting room with chairs and sofas and a TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Also off the hallway is a very large kitchen dining room with a table to seat 8+ people. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There is a further seating area next to doors which open onto the large garden. The garden has chairs and a table for al fresco dining. Also on the ground floor is a WC.

On the second floor are 3 double bedrooms. The principal suite has a kingsize bed and bathroom with a walk in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 1 has a standard sized double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed which is up a ladder to allow space for a desk beneath. The family bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.
