This light and modern 3rd floor apartment has a real 'loft feel' with vaulted ceilings and skylights. It's under a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and Underground and a 20 minute walk to the tournament. The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The heart of this apartment is the bright kitchen / dining / sitting room. The kitchen is sleek, modern and well equipped. There is a dining table to seat 4 people. There is a large corner sofa to watch the 55" TV with Sky, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Disney. Glass doors open onto the large balcony which has seating and a feature level BBQ! The balcony gets sun through most of the day and overlooks a park.
The principal bedroom has a kingsize bed, another 55" TV and a work area. The second bedroom is currently set up as a child's room but will have a double bed. The spacious bathroom has a bath and hand held shower, separate walk in shower, basin and WC.
A free parking permit is available for the tournament fortnight.
