This lovely house is on a quiet Southfields street, a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants and around a 20 minute walk to the AELTC. Set over 3 floors the accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor to the front of the house is a comfortable sitting room with 2 sofas and a large TV (Netflix & Freesat). The utility room has a  WC, sink and washing machine. The main focal point is a stunning kitchen / diner which is light and airy and overlooks the pretty garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and large American style fridge freezer. There are bar stools for casual dining or a table which seats 6 people. There is a sofa for watching the large wall mounted TV. The west facing garden is accessed by large folding glass doors. There is a table and chairs on the terrace and a BBQ can be provided if required.

On the first floor are 2 guest double bedrooms, one with a 5ft wide kingsize bed and the other with a standard sized double bed. These rooms share the family bathroom with a  bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.
