This larger than average Grid house is located a 5 minute walk from both the entrance to Wimbledon Park and the shops and restaurants at Southfields. It's a 20 minute walk to the tournament. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor off the hallway is an elegant sitting room with sofas and a large TV. The rear of the house has been opened up to create a spacious kitchen / dining / sitting room with glass folding doors onto the garden. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and separate tumble dryer). There is a table to seat 8 people and a large corner sofa to watch the TV (Sky Q and Netflix through the PlayStation). The rear garden has furniture and a BBQ. There is also a downstairs WC and basin.

On the first floor is the principal bedroom with a kingsize (5ft wide) bed. The separate family bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, basin and WC.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and  the other with a single bed. The separate second bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.
