The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The facilities include a double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a combination clothes washing / drying machine.

The large dining table seats eight people. Next to this is an enclosed balcony with a large door which provides excellent ventilation and cooling. The glass panel on the other side of the sitting room can also be opened to create a through breeze.

The air-conditioned bedroom has a 5ft wide king-size bed and another enclosed balcony with seating and a glass door. The immaculate bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

A free parking permit is available for the tournament dates. Wifi is of course available throughout.
