The  kitchen is well equipped with all the expected appliances. There is a dining table to seat 6 people. Doors open onto the large rear garden with seating, a BBQ and a hot tub! Also on this floor is a utility room with the washing / drying machines and a separate guest WC.

First floor: there are 3 double bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 and 2 have double beds and share the family bathroom which has a bath and overhead shower. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and has  roof terrace and ensuite shower room.

Second floor: bedroom 4 has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with a bath and walk in shower.

2 dogs live in the house but will go on holiday during your stay. There is parking for 1-2 cars on the drive. Available for stays of 10 -21 nights.
