This lovely house is located on a quiet residential street, just a 10 minute walk to the tournament at the AELTC. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants at Southfields. The spacious accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: at the front of the house is a sitting room with sofas and a TV. The rear of the house has been extended to create an open plan kitchen / dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with the expected appliances. There is seating at the island or at the dining table. Glass doors open onto the rear garden which has seating and a BBQ. There is a utility room and separate WC also on this floor.

First floor: Bedroom 1 has a standard sized double bed. Bathroom 1 nextdoor has a walk in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 also has a standard sized double bed. Bedroom 3 is very large and has a 6ft wide kingsize bed. Bathroom 2 has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: This floor has a suite with a bedroom with a  5ft wide queen size bed and doors opening onto a roof terrace. There is a separate sitting room with a TV, sofa and a desk. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.

The underground line runs along the end of the garden but trains are moving slowly at this point and barley audible inside the house. Free parking permits are available for the main draw fortnight. A dog lives here but will go on her holidays. Available for stays of 2 weeks +.
