This beautiful house has just had a full renovation throughout so is fresh and new. It is on a quiet residential street, a 10 minute walk to Southfields high street and a 15-20 minute walk through Wimbledon Park to the tournament. The generous accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is an elegant sitting room with sofas and a TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple). At the rear of the house is a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with all the expected appliances. There is casual seating at the large island or the dining table seats 8 people. There is a sofa and wall mounted TV next to the glass doors that open onto the garden. This has garden furniture and a BBQ. Off the hall is a utility room with the laundry machines and there is also a guest WC.

First floor: Bedroom 1 has a 6ft wide superking size bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have standard sized double beds. The large family bathroom has a walk in shower, large bath, WC and double basins.

Second floor: Bedroom 4 has a 5ft wide kingsize bed and ensuite shower room.

There is a portable air conditioning unit at the house. A dog lives here but will go on holiday during your stay. Available for stays of 2 weeks +.
