This beautiful house is perfectly located just a 6 minute walk from the tournament site at the AELTC. There are 4 double bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in the main house as well as a self contained studio with a further bed and bathroom. There is a outdoor swimming pool and hot tub and plenty of space for entertaining both inside and outside.

Ground floor: the main attraction of this house is the stunning open plan kitchen / dining / living space which stretches across the rear of the house. The kitchen is modern with high spec appliances and a large island. The dining table seats 8 people. The sitting area has sofas and a TV. Floor to ceiling glass doors pull back onto the terrace with another large dining table and seating. Steps lead down to the mature garden with a flat lawned area. At the end of the garden is the outdoor pool and a large terrace with a hot tub, BBQ and seating area.

Off the kitchen there is a spacious office with a separate entrance and access to the terrace, ideal for meetings. Next to this is the utility room which has the washing machine and tumble dryer as well as 2 further ovens and a second fridge. Off the hallway is an elegant sitting room with sofas and a TV. There is a second office off the hallway and a bathroom with a walk in shower and WC.

The separate studio at the end of the garden has a large open plan sitting room with a dining table and kitchenette with a coffee maker, fridge, Thermomix and microwave. The large sofa converts into a bed and there is a TV. The bathroom has a sauna, shower, WC and basin. There is a hot tub and table tennis table, large terrace with seating and a BBQ.

First floor: there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this floor.  Bedroom 1 has a 5 ft wide kingsize bed and a TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have standard sized double beds. The first bathroom has a freestanding bath, walk in shower, double basins and a WC. The second bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: the principal suite has been newly done to a very high standard. The bedroom has a 5ft wide kingsize bed and a stunning vaulted ceiling. There is a large TV hidden in the cabinet. The bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and double basins.

A dog lives here but not during your stay. There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway. Available for stays of 2-4 weeks.
