This larger than average house is well located just off Southfields Village high street and is an easy 15 minute walk to the Wimbledon Championships. The accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with an additional single bedroom available at a supplement if required.

Ground floor: off the hallway is a generous double reception room with a sofa and TV area to the front and a playroom at the back. This would be great for a family or to put a massage table. At the rear of the house is an open plan kitchen / diner. This is modern and well equipped with all the expected appliances. There is a dining table to seat up to 6 people. By the glass doors there are 2 chairs and a TV. The pretty garden has garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also a WC on this floor.

First floor: At the front of the house is a large bedroom with a 5ft wide kingsize bed. Nextdoor, bedroom 2 has a double sized lower height bed and a cot is available if required. The family bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC. Off the bathroom is the laundry room with separate washing and drying machines. At the back of the house is a study with gym equipment. A single bed could be put in here on request.

Second floor: There is a very spacious bedroom with a double bed, sofa and desk. The separate bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Free parking permits are available for the main draw weeks of the tournament.
