This very attractive house is located a 7 minute walk from Southfields main street and a 20 minute walk to the tournament site at the AELTC. The accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is an elegant sitting room with sofas and a TV (BT Sports / Disney + and Netflix). At the rear of the house is a large airy open plan kitchen diner with all mod cons. The dining table seats 6 people and there is further seating at he large island. There is a sofa and another TV also here. Glass doors fold back onto the rear garden which has sofa seating and a big green egg BBQ. There is also a downstairs WC on this floor.

First floor: Bedroom 1 has a 5 ft wide kingsize bed at the front of the house. Bedroom 2 has a standard sized double bed. The family bathroom has a bath, separate walk in shower, double basins and WC.

Second floor: Bedroom 3 has a kingsize bed and the ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.

Free parking permits are available for the tournament fortnight. Available for tennis stays of 1-4 weeks.
