This beautiful house is located on a residential street just moments from the shops and restaurants on Arthur Road and Wimbledon Park tube station, The tournament at the AELTC is a 20-25 minute walk and Wimbledon Village is also 20-25 minutes away. The generous accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: the highlight of this house is a very large open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. The kitchen is modern and well appointed with all the expected appliances. There are stools at the island for casual dining or the dining table seats up to 6 people. There is a large sofa to watch the wall mounted TV. Glass doors fold back to give access to the garden with a terrace and lawn. There is garden seating and BBQ for your use. Next to the kitchen is a snug / gaming room with a large TV and sofas. At the front of the house is a further sitting room with sofas and a TV. There is also a utility room and separate guest WC on this floor.

First floor: There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 has a 6ft wide super king sized and a large TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, double basins and WC. Bedroom 2 has a small double bed. The separate family bathroom has a roll top bath, walk in shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: Bedroom 3 has a 5ft wide king size bed, large TV and glass doors opening onto a juliette balcony. Bedroom 4 has a standard sized double bed, TV and again glass doors onto a juliette balcony, perfect for ventilation on a warmer nights. The separate bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.

A small dog lives here, but not during your stay. The underground line runs along the bottom of the garden but as trains are pulling into the station they are moving slowly and are very quiet. Available for stays of 2-5 weeks.
