Ground floor: off the hallway is an elegant sitting room with sofas and a smart TV (terrestrial with Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Netflix). At the rear of the house is a very spacious open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. At one end is a sitting area with a large L shaped sofa and TV. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the expected appliances. There are 4 stools at the island or the dining table seats up to 8 people. Glass doors open onto the attractive rear garden with a terrace, lawn and outdoor furniture. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate cloakroom with a WC and basin.

First floor: There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 is spacious with a 5ft wide kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower, basin and WC. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are currently set up as childrens’ rooms so are not photographed but are good sizes and will have standard sized double beds. Second floor: Bedroom 4 has a 5ft wide kingsize bed and benefits from air conditioning. The separate bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.
