This lovely light house is located a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants in Southfields and a 20 minute walk to the tournament. The accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is a spacious sitting room with 2 sofas and a smart TV. To the rear of the house is a large open plan kitchen / sitting / dining room. The kitchen is modern sleek and well appointed. There is an island with stools or the dining table seats 6 people. Glass doors open onto the South facing rear garden which has a BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is a downstairs WC also on this floor.

First floor: there are 2 bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 (pink) has a super-kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has a standard sized double bed. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower with screen, basin and WC.

Second floor: bedroom 3 has another superking bed, TV and french doors opening onto a juliette balcony, great for ventilation in warm weather. Bedroom 4 has a standard sized double bed. The separate bathroom is a fully tiled wetroom with a shower, basin and WC.

Available for stays of 3-4 weeks. A dog lives here but not during your stay.
