This lovely house is located a 25-30 minute walk from the All England Club and is a 10-15 minute walk from Southfields. The accommodation includes 2 double bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: the hallway opens out into a spacious reception room with sofas and a TV (Virgin Media with Netflix and Amazon Prime). At the rear of the house is a modern kitchen with all the expected appliances including an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a small utility room with a washing machine and airing racks are available for drying clothes. The dining table seats 4 people. French doors open onto the pretty rear garden with seating. There is a downstairs WC and basin also on this floor.

First floor: the the front of the house is the large principal bedroom with a kingsize bed. The guest bedroom has a standard sized double bed. The newly fitted bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, basin and WC.
