The garden has a terrace with garden seating, a table and BBQ. There is a large lawned area with a trampoline. There is also a hard stand at the back of the garden with a basketball hoop. Also on the ground floor there are 2 further sitting rooms, both with TVs and comfortable sofas. There is a downstairs WC off the hallway.

First floor: there are 3 double bedrooms on this floor. The principal bedroom has a 5ft wide kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (not photographed as being redecorated). The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: Bedroom 4 has a standard sized double bed.

There is parking on the driveway for 2 cars. A dog lives here, but not during your stay.
