This very newly renovated house is a 7 minute walk from the tournament on a quiet residential street. The partially air conditioned accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is a spacious double reception room with sofas and a TV with terrestrial channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The rear of the house has been extended to create a large open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. The kitchen is all new and has all the expected appliances. There is a smart utility room for all the laundry machines. There are stools at the island or the dining table seats up to 8 people. A fixed air conditioning (AC) unit keeps the room cool on hot days. There is a sofa and a wall mounted TV. Glass doors fold back onto the garden with a terrace with garden furniture and a lawn (a BBQ will be provided on request). The garden backs onto a wood so is not overlooked. There is also a WC and basin on this floor.

First floor: there are 2 double bedrooms on this floor. The principal bedroom has a 6ft wide superking size bed with a TV and a small balcony. The second bedroom is currently set up for a child but will have a standard sized double bed. The family bathroom has a bath and walk in shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: the third bedroom is spacious and benefits from air conditioning and has a desk area. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin and WC.
