Description

This lovely first and second floor maisonette is ideally located moments from Southfields‘ main street with it’s shops and restaurants. It’s a 15 minute walk to the tournament. The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (an additional sofabed is also available if required).

On entering, one goes up a flight of stairs. On the first floor is a spacious sitting room with sofas, a sofabed and a wall mounted TV. The kitchen dining room is well equipped and has a table to seat 4 people. Steps lead down to a newly landscaped garden with garden sofas and a BBQ. One bedroom is on this floor with a standard sized double bed. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

On the second floor is the large principal bedroom with a 5ft wide kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, basin and WC.

Free parking permits are available for the tournament fortnight.
