Ground floor: off the hallway is a well equipped kitchen. The spacious sitting / dining room has comfortable sofas and a large TV. The dining table seats 6 people. Doors open onto the rear lawned garden with a BBQ. There is a downstairs WC on this floor.

First floor: there are 2 bedrooms on this floor, one with a 6ft wide super-kingsize bed and one with standard sized double beds. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: the third bedroom also has a double bed and the separate bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.

A dog lives here, but not during the tournament! Free parking permits are available on request.
