This lovely family home is located a 5 minute walk from the shops, restaurants and underground at Southfields. It’s a 10 minute walk to the tournament. The accommodation includes 5 bedrooms (4 double and 1 single) and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: off the hallway is an elegant sitting room with sofas and a TV with Now, Netflix and Disney channels. At the rear of the house is an very spacious open plan kitchen / sitting / dining room. This is modern and well equipped. There are stools at the island or the dining table seats 6 people. Glass doors open onto an attractive rear garden with seating, a BBQ and children’s play equipment. There is a WC off the hallway.

First floor: There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. the first has a 5ft wide kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a desk. Bedroom 3 can be used flexibly as either a second sitting room or the sofa pictured is a good quality double sofabed. The family bathroom has a walk in shower, bath and basin and WC.

Second floor: Bedroom 4 has a double bed and bedroom 5 has a single bed. the second family bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin and WC.

A dog lives here, but not during your stay. Parking permits may be provided on request.
