On the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting room with sofas and a TV. At the rear of the house is an open plan kitchen / sitting / dining room. The kitchen has all the expected appliances. The dining table seats 6 people. The sitting area has a sofa and chair and a TV. The rear garden has patio furniture and a BBQ.

On the first floor is a bedroom with a standard sized double bed. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

On the second floor is a very large bedroom with a kingsize bed and French doors opening onto a juliette balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.

2 free parking permits are available for the tournament fortnight.
