This larger than average house for the area is well located, a 5 minute walk from Southfields and a 15 – 20 minute walk through the park to the AELTC. The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms (one of which could be a twin), 1 single bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: Off the hallway is a double reception room with sofas and a TV (Sky incl Sports). The open plan kitchen diner has all the expected appliances and a table to seat 6 people. Glass doors open onto the garden with furniture and a BBQ. There is a downstairs WC also on this floor.

First floor: Bedroom 1 has a standard sized double bed. Bedroom 2 has a single bed which can fit an adult. Bedroom 3 can be used flexibly as either twin single beds or these can be put together to make a double bed. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: the principal bedroom has a 5ft kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, basin and WC.
