This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is located close to the shops and restaurants at Southfields and a 20 minute walk to the AELTC. The accommodation includes 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. An additional nursery / cot room is available on request.
One enters through a private front door and up a flight of stairs. The kitchen is light and well equipped and there is a dining table to seat 4 people. There are steps down from this level to the rear garden which has outdoor furniture and a BBQ. At the front of the flat, the sitting room is spacious and bright and has 2 sofas and a Smart TV (with Freeview, Prime, Disney and Netflix). The bathroom is modern and has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
On the second floor is bedroom 2 which is very spacious and has a double bed and study area.
Parking permits are available for the tournament weeks. Available for 7-10 night stays over qualifying and / or main draw weeks.
