Ground floor: Off the hallway is a spacious double reception room, with sofas and TV (Virgin cable service, Netflix and Disney +). The other half of the room is ideal for a child’s play area or for a massage table. At the rear of the house is a large open plan kitchen / dining room which is modern and well equipped. There is a large dining table to seat 8 people. Please note the wall mounted TV next to the dining table has now been removed. Glass doors open onto the garden which has a terrace with seating and a BBQ.

First floor : there are 3 bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have single beds (one could be replaced by a double bed if required). The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: there are 2 further bedrooms on this floor, both with standard sized double beds. The second family bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC. As neither bathroom are en-suite, it’s great for sharers.
