The apartment has it’s own entrance from the road and one enters up a flight of stairs. On the first floor there is a relaxing sitting room with sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and has a dining table to seat 4 people. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC. The guest bedroom has a very comfortable double sofabed and a TV.

On the second floor is a super principal suite with a kingsize bed and a TV and french doors which open onto a large roof terrace. The terrace has a built in BBQ, seating and a parasol, a perfect sun trap! The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and WC.
