This very pretty house is located on a quiet residential street, a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants at Southfields. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the tournament. The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Ground floor: at the front of the house is an elegant sitting room with 2 sofas and a TV with Freeview, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The rear of the house has an open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and has a dining table to seat 6 people. Floor to ceiling glass doors open onto a garden with a terrace, BBQ and garden furniture. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with a WC and basin.

First floor: Bedroom one has a 5ft wide kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 is currently a nursery but will have a standard sized double bed. These rooms share the family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: the principal bedroom has a 5ft wide kingsize bed and french doors opening onto a juliette balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC.
