This lovely house is located at the top of Heythorp Street, moments from the shops and restaurants on Southfields’ main street. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the tournament. The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms (an additional 4th single bedroom is available at a supplement) and 2 bathrooms.

Ground floor: The ground floor is open plan with a sitting room flowing into a dining area and then to the kitchen. At the front of the house is a comfortable sitting / TV room with sofas and a SMART TV with Netflix. The dining area is light and airy and has a table to seat 4 people. At the rear of the house is a spacious kitchen with all mod cons. Doors open onto the pretty rear garden with seating. There is also a cloakroom with a WC and basin.

First floor: There are 2 double bedrooms on this floor. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: There is a further double bedroom with a 5ft wide kingsize bed. The additional single bedroom is also on this floor. There is a separate bathroom with a walk in shower, basin and WC.

Free parking permits are available for the tournament fortnight. A cat lives here but not during the tournament.
