Ground floor: Off the hallway is an elegant double reception room with comfortable sofas and a large TV. At the rear of the house is a large open plan kitchen / dining room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is an island for casual dining or the table seats 4 people. There is a sofa and TV. Glass folding doors open onto the attractive rear garden with a BBQ and seating. There is a WC also on this floor.

First floor: There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. One very large room has a standard sided double bed. The second bedroom (not photographed) has an adult sized single bed. There is a smart shower room with a walk in shower, basin and WC.

Second floor: The principal bedroom has a super-king sized bed and french doors opening onto a juliette balcony. The separate large bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC.

A dog lives here but not during your stay. 2 free parking permits will be available for the tournament fortnight. Available for 2-6 weeks.
