This larger than average house is located on a residential street in the heart of Southfields. It’s a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and Underground. A 10-15 minute walk through Wimbledon Park takes you to the AELTC. The accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Off the hallway is a spacious double reception room. To the front there is a TV and comfortable sofas. To the rear is a dining table to seat 6 people and double glass doors opening onto the garden. At the back of the house is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a second sitting TV room. Doors again open onto the large garden which has seating and a BBQ. The underground line runs close to the rear boundary of the garden but is largely inaudible inside the house. There is also a WC and basin on this floor.

On the first floor is a large principle bedroom with a king-size bed. Guest bedroom 1 (not shown as currently being redecorated) is very large and has a double bed. There is a 3rd spacious bedroom on this floor which has a single bed. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.

On the second floor is another large double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The 5th bedroom has a small double bed.

This house has recently been fully redecorated throughout. Free parking permits are available for the tournament weeks. A very well behaved dog lives here, but will be on his holidays during the tournament!
